Born and grown up in Moscow.
In 1957 graduated from the State Surikov Arts Institute. Upon graduation worked much as an architect: made white-stone skomorokhs for porticos of the Vladimir dramatic theater (near the ancient Golden Gate), metal forged relieves for Moscow Metro stations, tower clock in Brest. Participated in many exhibitions. Member of Artists' Union since 1961.
I do not work as an architect any more, I do only those things which I can make with my own hands, though the spatial experience of my architectural work and my inclination for constructive, architectonic three-dimensional forms, for collisions and interaction of volumes accompany me all my life.
I have two studios - one in Moscow and one in a village on the Oka river, near Kaluga.


My passions - clouds, stones, ancient art. My beloved material - stone. My beloved country (from childhood) - Greece. Greece is my life-long love and the source of my inspiration.
Getting older, I trust my intuition more and more, I work with various materials, and I draw a lot. I believe that stone has its own soul, or rather spirit, that's why while working I strive to conceive the spirit contained in stone.
I believe in God, though I perceive the world as an artist, not as a fanatic. Biblical themes and themes from the Christ's life deeply excite me, and I have my own interpretations of the Trinity, the Archangel and the Annunciation - interpretations which are rather free and not so much canonical.
While years go by, the frame of my love gets wider - as for now, I am interested in the sources of art in many countries of the world, not only fine arts excite me but literature and poetry as well, not only Greece, but also Egypt and China.
I learn all the time, and I think an artist must imbibe knowledge all his or her life and never rest on his or her laurels. Yearning for perfection has no limits.

Родилась и выросла в Москве.
В 1957 году окончила Государственный художественный институт имени Сурикова. После института много работала в архитектуре: белокаменные скоморохи портика драматического театра во Владимире близ древних Золотых ворот, металлические кованые рельефы в московском метрополитене, башенные часы в Бресте. Участвовала во многих выставках. Член Союза художников с 1961 года.
Сейчас в архитектуре не работаю, делаю только то, что могу выполнить , своими руками. Но пространственный опыт работы в архитектуре и склонность к конструктивной, архитектонической объемной форме, к столкновению и взаимодействию объемов сопровождает меня всю жизнь.
У меня две мастерских - в Москве и в деревне, над Окой, близ Калуги.
Любимые увлечения - облака, камни, древнее искусство. Любимый материал - камень. Любимая с детства страна - Греция. Греция - это любовь на всю жизнь и источник вдохновения.
С годами больше доверяю интуиции, работаю в разных материалах, много рисую. Верю, что камень обладает сноси душой, вернее духом, поэтому. работая, стремлюсь понять дух, заключенный в камне.
В бога верую, но воспринимаю все, как художник, а не фанатик. Темы библии и жизни Христа волнуют, и я по-своему, более свободно, не канонично трактую Троицу, Архангела, Благовещение.
С годами рамки любви стали шире: теперь меня интересуют истоки искусства многих стран, волнует не только изобразительное ИСКУССТВО, но и литература, поэзия, не только Греция, но и Египет, Китай.
Постоянно учусь, считаю, что художник всю жизнь должен впитывать знания и не останавливаться на достигнутом. А стремление к совершенству бесконечно.
